John Scarbrough has been handling North Carolina appeals for over 15 years, since the beginning of his legal career; James Scarbrough, of counsel to the firm, has handled well over 100 appeals in his career, beginning in the 1970s when he worked in the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
